Many studies have shown that at equal tension, the muscle does not differentiate between free weights and the resistance of an elastic tube, provided that the resistance is felt from the beginning of movement and that a sufficiently high load is used to recruit mechanical tension. A good fitness elastic kit is necessary to take full advantage of this phenomenon and promote mass gain.

1. ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE BETWEEN 5 AND 160 KG:

The Elite pack includes 120 kg of resistance. To continue to progress, the equipment has been designed and tested for use with 160 kg thanks to the stability provided by the bar and good quality carabiners.

The SmartWorkout difference: Classic elastic kits are sold with 70 kg of resistance and their accessories generally cannot withstand heavy resistance.

2. ULTRA-RESISTANT ELASTICS IN NATURAL LATEX:

Soft to the touch, natural latex is flexible throughout the movement, very durable and resistant. This quality material is an essential component to design strength-building elastics of excellent strength that do not tear, and where safety rhymes with intensity.

This is why our elastics made of natural latex present many possibilities during your strength training or cross training sessions. They can be stretched up to 4 times their initial size and their high lifespan is at least 5 years.

Our SmartWorkout elastic weight bar allows you to perfectly reproduce classic weight training exercises such as bench press, earth lift, squat and military bench press.

It is the essential tool to train with a heavy load and progress quickly with elastics, as if you had a bar with discs. The big difference is that you can take it everywhere with you.

4. UNBREAKABLE FIXING SYSTEM:

Each elastic has 2 unbreakable and non-deformable steel rings that attach to the accessories thanks to robust carabiners. In addition to being stronger, one of the many advantages of this system is that it is more practical to easily attach elastics to the bar or handles.

5. REINFORCED ACCESSORIES:

Our handles are made of non-slip hard silicone to have a firm grip. The ankle straps are padded in soft neoprene so as not to get hurt. The door anchor has a fabric that protects the elastics during use and thus prevents the tearing of the elastic pull rope.

The SmartWorkout difference: Conventional elastic kits have fragile foam handles that absorb perspiration and deteriorate over time. Unpadded ankle straps increase the risk of injury and are unpleasant to wear.
